Individual Support for All
Personal care residents are those who do not need skilled nursing care but may need assistance with some aspects of daily life. Our experienced professional staff is on duty 24 hours a day to support and guide our residents.
Types of care can include assistance with dressing and grooming, medication management, monitoring of health, safety, overall well-being, coordination of outside health care providers, companionship, social and leisure activities, transportation, three meals with snacks, and more.
Care With Independence
Independent Living is for the senior who wants to maintain a rich and rewarding life without the responsibilities of running a household. At Sacred Heart Senior Living, you are given a maintenance-free lifestyle with a choice of floor plans.
Included are three chef prepared meals daily in a family style dining atmosphere, housekeeping and linen services, a variety of activities, exercise, wellness and life enrichment programs, laundry facilities, scheduled transportation for shopping and outings, and much more.

While the reality of memory loss is difficult, our specially trained team focuses on valuing our residents' most cherished memories. We will work to create a specialized care plan based on your loved one’s capabilities, routines, preferences and medical requirements.

Long Term Stays
Designed for personal care and independent long-term residents who need 24-hour supportive services. Several factors increase the need for long-term care, including an individual’s age, lifestyle, and health status. We provide assistance with what is referred to as activities of daily living and provide the needed supervision of an individual whose quality of life is impaired without long term stays.

Respite Stays
Provides seniors with short-term housing and care services such as hospital discharge patients or when family members are unavailable.
Trial stays: A trial stay gives you the opportunity to meet our professional staff, mingle with the residents, experience our activities, and much more.
Rehabilitation & hospital discharge stays: An excellent option for seniors recently discharged from the hospital, rehabilitation unit or nursing home, but are not yet ready for the move back home.

Memory Care
Meeting the specific needs of residents with dementia or related conditions. A comprehensive support plan will be developed in coordination with your family and our interdisciplinary team based on physician’s orders, needs and your current diagnosis. We can provide transportation for follow-up physician visits, escorts, medication assistance, laboratory monitoring and daily assistance.
