What levels of care does your senior community offer?
We offer Personal Care and Independent Living.
What if my loved one is living in your community and gets to the point when your staff can no longer provide proper care for him/her?
There are some care services that Sacred Heart Senior Living is not equipped to provide. We recommend that you speak with our admissions director to address specific questions you may have.
What happens if funds run out?
There are many options to consider and our staff will make sure you’re well informed of the choices and benefits you may be eligible for such as the V.A. Benefit for wartime veterans or the spouses of a wartime veteran.
Can residents bring their own furniture?
Rooms are furnished with basic bedroom furniture (a bed, night stand, lamp, dresser, mirror, and standard sitting chair), but residents are welcome to furnish their rooms with their own furnishings. Respite stay rooms are pre-furnished and include a television. Telephones are not provided for respite stay residents; however, telephones are available in common areas of the building for resident’s use.
What about doctor care for residents?
Residents are welcome to keep their own primary care doctors and we will be happy to provide the necessary transportation for appointments if required (ask for details). Sacred Heart Senior Living Communities are the only facilities in the Lehigh Valley with medical centers located right on-site which is a tremendous benefit to elderly residents.
